Darrell Holt, D.V.M.
Dr. Holt was born and raised in Clarksville, Tennessee. He earned his D.V.M. from University of Tennessee - Knoxville. Following graduation, Dr. Holt began practicing large and small animal medicine with Animal House Veterinary Clinic in 1993. He became a practice owner and partner of Animal House Veterinary Clinic and Gateway Animal Care Group, PC in 1995. Dr. Holt is a member of the society of theriogeneology, TVMA and AVMA. His interests are in equine, bovine and small animal medicine and surgery. He and his wife Nicole have two children. In his spare time, Dr. Holt enjoys fishing, participating in church functions where he serves as an elder and watching sports.

Amity Chaudoin, D.V.M.
Dr. Chaudoin was born in Evansville, Indiana and was raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She earned both her B.A. in chemistry and D.V.M. from the University of Tennessee - Chattanooga. Following graduation, Dr. Chaudoin joined Animal House Veterinary Clinic in 2000. Her interest is in general small animal medicine and clinical pathology. She and her husband Nathaniel, who is also a veterinarian in Hopkinsville, have a son, Preston. In her spare time, Dr. Chaudoin enjoys playing and shopping with Preston. Pets include two chocolate labs, Bailey and Benelli.

Shane Sykes, D.V.M.
Dr. Sykes was born and raised in Erin, Tennessee. He earned his B.S. at Murray State University and his D.V.M. from University of Tennessee. Following graduation, Dr. Sykes joined Animal House Veterinary Clinic in 2004. He is a member of the AABP, AAEP, TVMA, and AVMA. His interest is in large animal health medicine and canine sports medicine. Dr. Sykes enjoys hunting, backpacking, and fishing in his spare time. He is also the owner of a retriever training company.  His pets include J.D., a Chesapeake Bay Retriever. 

Dawn Neal, D.V.M.
Dr. Neal was born and raised in Clarksville, Tennessee. She earned her B.S. at the University of Tennessee - Martin and her D.V.M. from University of Tennessee - Knoxville, in May 2005. After graduation, Dr. Neal joined Animal House Veterinary Clinic. She is a member of both the AVMA and TVMA. Her interests include large and small animal medicine. Dr. Neal enjoys reading and watching and playing sports in her spare time. Pets include a dog, Willie, and 3 cats, Abigail, Jade, and Volunteer.

Chris Lewis, D.V.M.
Dr. Lewis was born and raised in Indian Mound, Tennessee. He earned his B.S. degree from Austin Peay State University and D.V.M. from University of Tennessee - Knoxville. Following graduation, Dr. Lewis became a practice owner and partner of North Stewart Veterinary Clinic and Gateway Animal Care Group, PC in 2000. Dr. Lewis is a member of the AVMA and AAEP. His interest is in large and small internal medicine and chiropractic care. He and his wife Kim, who is also a veterinarian in Clarksville, have one child. In his spare time, Dr. Lewis enjoys hunting and fishing and working on his cattle farm. Pets include Tucker The Wonder Dog, his trusty companion and partner in crime.

Desi Kelleher, D.V.M.
Dr. Kelleher grew up in Horseheads, New York.  She earned her veterinary degree from the University of Oklahoma State.  Following graduation, Dr. Kelleher moved to Clarksville to be with her husband who is currently stationed at Fort Campbell, Kentucky.  Dr. Kelleher is a member of the AVMA.  Her interests include small animal medicine and surgery.  She and her husband Ryan, have a daughter, Rory.  In her spare time, Dr. Kelleher enjoys horseback riding and downhill skiing.  Pets include 3 dogs:  Petie, Darwin, and Franny; 2 cats:  Sophie and Jack; and 3 horses:  Junior, Dragon, and Tango
Tabb Spoonamore, D.V.M.
Dr. Spoonamore was born and raised in Danville, Kentucky. He earned both his B.S. in Animal and Dairy Science and D.V.M. at Auburn University. Dr. Spoonamore began practicing in a mixed animal practice in Princeton, Kentucky from 1993 to February 2002. He later joined the Southside Veterinary Clinic, practicing large and small animal medicine and became practice owner and partner of Gateway Animal Care Group, PC in 2003. Dr. Spoonamore is member of both the AVMA and KVMA. His interests include large and small animal medicine and surgery. He and his wife Angie have three children. In his spare time, Dr. Spoonamore enjoys farming. Pets include a dog, Toby and two cats, Shelby and Stripie.

Brad Herbek, D.V.M.
Dr. Herbek was born and raised in Princeton, Kentucky. He performed his undergraduate studies at the University of Kentucky and earned his D.V.M. from Auburn University in 2004. After graduation, Dr. Herbek joined Southside Veterinary Clinic. He is a member of both the AABP, AAEP, and AVMA.  He and his wife Amanda, who is also a veterinarian in Clarksville, have a daughter, Brooklyn. His interests are in large and small animal medicine and surgery. Dr. Herbek enjoys spending time with family, and staying active by playing sports in his spare time.  Pets include Boxers Dixie and Brady and several cats.
